Every piece by Smilla Brav features semi-precious stones, crystals, ceramics, leather, semi-precious
and precious metals such as .925 sterling silver, brass or stainless steel.

They are unique, handmade, one of a kind and produced in our studios in
Heidelberg, Germany or in Istanbul, Turkey.
Every piece is personally inspected prior to leaving.

We will repair any design purchased through smillabrav.com.

If your item has been manufactured within the last year, there will be no charge for the repair

if the reason is related to quality issues in production.

The item should be used according to care instructions.

We don't offer refund or replacement for used items. Shipment may apply. 

If your item is older than one year, you will be charged 28,00€ for the repair and return shipping.

Any item that needs to be re-plated, soldered or refurbished will be subject to a cost that will

be determined once the item has been inspected.
