Smilla Brav wants to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you want to exchange or return your unworn,
original packed item, simply return it to us within 14 days of receipt.

Please be aware that every piece is handmade and unique. The item you receive may be slightly

To obtain a return authorisation, please mail us at support@smillabrav.com with a
brief explanation of your return or exchange.
Be sure to include the receipt with your order number written on it. We speak English and German.

Sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

Shipping costs of returned items will only be refunded when the return
is a result of an internal error of Smilla Brav.
Outside the EU, custom duties and sales taxes are non-refundable on both refunds and exchanges.
